By completing a Showit Sales Funnel purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
License Grant
Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased Showit Sales Funnel for one business.
All original template designs remain the intellectual property of Amaes Photography LLC. Your purchase grants you a license to use and customize the template; it does not transfer ownership of the original template, design, layout, or associated materials.

Showit + Third-Party Requirements
These templates are designed for use with Showit. A Showit account and applicable Showit subscription are required to customize and publish your template and are not included with your purchase.
Any third-party fonts, photography, software, integrations, or other assets that are not expressly included with your purchase may require separate accounts or licenses. You are responsible for obtaining any licenses necessary for assets you choose to use in your final website.
Template Customization
Your purchase includes the Showit Sales Funnel and the resources specifically listed on the product page at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, your purchase does not include custom design, installation, copywriting, brand design, technical setup, Showit subscription fees, or ongoing support.
Because Showit and third-party platforms may update their software or features over time, Amaes Photography LLC cannot guarantee indefinite compatibility with future platform changes.
Payment
Payment is due according to the payment terms presented at checkout.
If a payment plan is offered and selected, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the selected payment method according to the payment schedule presented at checkout. Failure to complete required payments does not grant continued rights to use the template. Your license is contingent upon payment in full.
Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the Showit Sales Funnels and the delivery of digital access following purchase, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges are offered after purchase, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Intellectual Property
All original template designs, layouts, graphics, copy prompts, instructional materials, and other original materials provided with the Showit Sales Funnel remain the intellectual property of Amaes Photography LLC unless expressly stated otherwise.
Customization of a template does not transfer ownership of the underlying template design or grant the purchaser the right to reproduce, sell, distribute, or license the original template.
License Violations
Unauthorized sharing, resale, redistribution, reproduction, or other use outside the scope of this license may result in termination of your license and access to the product and may constitute copyright infringement.
Amaes Photography LLC reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law.

- Share, distribute, publish, or provide the Showit Share Key or template files to anyone who has not purchased the appropriate license.
- Reproduce, republish, or distribute the original template, in part or in whole.
- Use the template to create website templates, sales funnels, themes, page templates, or other digital design products for resale or distribution.
- Claim ownership or authorship of the original template design.
- Copy or modify the template for the purpose of distributing it as your own work.
- Use one purchased license for multiple businesses, brands, or clients.
- Use the template or included materials for any unlawful purpose.
