Limited Slots are available. Payment is due within 48 hours of receiving your invoice to lock in your session. If you are currently booked, I cannot reschedule you for another mini time or day if this is something you still need to do it will result in a completely new payment. I need to be fair to clients who are looking to book & to the clients I had to turn away. Once the limited slots are filled this closes any opportunities for potential clients.
MINIS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Minis are NON-REFUNDABLE and CANNOT be rescheduled unless the weather is an issue. Due to limited slots and availability, your slot must be paid within 48 hours of receiving your invoice. Your slot is a full payment up front and cannot be refunded; unless in extreme circumstances- up to the discretion of aMaes Photography.
15 MINUTES LATE TO SESSION will result in a cancellation and cannot be rescheduled or refunded. Be respectful of your time and the time of the client before and after your session.
RESCHEDULING is not permitted unless determined by the photographer. This is a promotional session and rescheduling can result in an additional fee

Mini sessions will be announced during specific times of the year. You can get updates via email. web, and social. Take a minute to review all the details on how to book. Each mini-session is thought out to capture something truly special
HEAR ME OUT, BOOK NOW
Select which mini-session package you want to book, locate it on the calendar, and select your time. Limited slots are available, first, come - first.
MAKE IT OFFICIAL
Once your email is received, and details have been discussed, you will get onboarded. You will receive an email with a contract, your session details, and confirmation. You must pay your invoice and complete the contract to lock in your session. Once this is all completed you will receive a confirmation email.
YOUR SESSION
Make sure you are on time for your session. All mini sessions are 15-20 minute slots unless you are in one of the Limited Edition minis (The Heirloom). Your session is the fun part, so take a deep breath, relax, and enjoy the moment instead of trying to create the perfect photo. Don't have your kid smile at the camera, DO have your kid have fun with you!

Don't worry. I promise your photos are on the way. Allow the full 2-week turnaround. No sneak peeks. No pushing your photos ahead of others. No to getting ONE IMAGE NOW. Let me create the magic and get back to you. Once the magic is done, you will receive an email with a gallery link to download all the goodies.
