7 Beautiful Summer Affirmations with Quotes

There is such beauty in the things you put your time and energy into. For when I take the time to make each part of my day be intentional I tend to start seeing the little shifts, the simple moments of gratitude, and the honest minutes spent. For me, that’s why From the Sheets means so much to me. It’s about sharing my thoughts, gratitude, energy in creating, my wish list of magical goals for Summer, and affirmations that I find to be beautiful and thoughtful. Something to bring light and hope.

“To plant a garden is to believe in tomorrow.”
– Audrey Hepburn

There is a lot I love about Audrey Hepburn, but that’s another day, another blog. This quote really had stuck. It’s such a simple quote that packs a lot of meaning. When you set today’s tone for the future of tomorrow it gives yourself hope. Which is why I choose to make one summer task, by end of Summer, tto be a small garden in the backyard. (I have no green thumb, but plan to change this). I promise to share the experience.

But this quote really made me shift my mindset and realize that setting affirmations was a way to plant my mind and emotions, to believing that no matter what happens today, tomorrow is another day. So here is my 7 Beautiful Summer Affirmations to help you and I get through July (the hottest month in Sunny Arizona).

  1. Let fresh air and the colors of the sky into my soul.
To see the summer sky is poetry, though never in a book it lie. True poems flee. – Emily Dickinson

  2. I am in love with this chance to be alive.
A life without love is like a year without summer. – Swedish Proverb

  3. I am a creative spirit and explorer of both my inner and outer worlds.
The summer night is like the perfection of thought. – Wallace Stevens

  4. There are no limitations to my happiness and I can do anything my heart yearns for.
It was June and the world smelled of roses. The sunshine was like powered gold over the grassy hillside. – Maud Hart Lovelace

  5. I light up every room I walk into and put a smile on people’s faces
Most of what she knew, she learned from the wild. Nature had nurtured, tutored, and protected her when no one else would. – Delia Owens

  6. I choose to surround myself with people who light up a room, just like I would for them.
    If you’re a bird, I’m a bird. – Noah from Nicholas Sparks

Don’t wait for someone to bring you flowers. Plant your own garden and decorate your own soul. – Luther Burbank
